This is our website. Please don’t break it, misuse it, or misrepresent us. Joining the waitlist doesn’t create a contract or a promise to deliver anything on a specific date. Everything on this site is provided as-is, and we can change it (or Scopemap itself) at any time.
Using this site
You may read, share, and link to anything on this site. What you may not do:
- Attempt to break in, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise mess with the site’s infrastructure.
- Submit fake, offensive, or automated signups to the waitlist.
- Impersonate Scopemap or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
- Scrape the site at a rate that impacts other visitors.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist tells us you’re interested in Scopemap. It doesn’t guarantee access, a specific launch date, pricing, or any features shown on this site. Everything about the product is still evolving and may change before launch. If we do launch, waitlist members will get an invitation.
Analytics
By using this site, you acknowledge that we use Google Analytics to measure aggregate visitor behavior and conversion (waitlist signups). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects standard browser data. Details on what’s collected and how to opt out are in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Scopemap name, logo, brand assets, site design, and content are ours. You may reference or link to them in the normal course of talking about our site, but please don’t reuse them to represent your own product or service.
“As-is” and no warranty
This site and its content are provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind — express or implied. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that the information here is accurate at any given moment. To the extent permitted by law, Scopemap is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.
Changes and discontinuation
We can update these terms or change/remove any part of the site at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. If we ever discontinue Scopemap entirely, we’ll let waitlist members know by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Scopemap is operated. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
